Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and nuanced assessments to identify clients' mental health concerns, accurately formulate clinical diagnoses, and collaboratively develop tailored treatment plans.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions utilizing a range of evidence-based modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Person-Centered Therapy, adapting your approach based on each client’s unique needs and goals.

• Provide crisis intervention services to clients facing acute mental health emergencies, employing immediate support techniques to stabilize their situation.

• Ensure comprehensive documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing our secure electronic health record (EHR) system.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 85,000 to 100,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
