We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our team at Diverse Counseling Center, where you will play a crucial role in providing transformative therapeutic services. In this full-time, remote position, you will engage with a diverse range of clients—including individuals, couples, families, and groups—patiently assessing their mental health needs, developing tailored treatment plans, and delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions. Key Responsibilities

Conduct detailed psychological assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns and establish appropriate clinical diagnoses. Develop comprehensive and individualized treatment plans based on assessments and ongoing evaluations. Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other relevant approaches to meet the unique needs of clients. Provide crisis intervention and stabilization services for clients experiencing acute mental health emergencies. Maintain meticulous, confidential client records, including treatment documentation, progress notes, and assessment outcomes, consistent with legal and ethical standards. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other therapists to ensure a comprehensive treatment approach. Educate clients and their families regarding mental health, treatment options, and community resources available to them, advocating for their rights and needs. Stay abreast of current best practices in mental health therapy through continuous professional development activities such as training sessions, workshops, and conferences. Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clients represent a broad spectrum of ages, backgrounds, and clinical presentations, including anxiety disorders, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and other mental health challenges. As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will be instrumental in tailoring your therapeutic approach to meet the diverse cultural and personal narratives of those we serve. Qualifications

Valid licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) in the state of Texas. A Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field is required. Demonstrated competency in clinical assessment and diagnostic skills. A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience is necessary for this position. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients. Capability to operate independently while also thriving in a team-oriented setting. A strong commitment to ethical practices and professional integrity. Preferred Experience

Familiarity with virtual therapy platforms and telehealth services is advantageous. Experience in working with children, adolescents, and families in a clinical setting is preferred. A background in crisis counseling and intervention techniques is beneficial but not required. Compensation and Benefits

The competitive salary for this full-time role ranges from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
