Strict confidentiality, exceptional discretion, and sound professional judgment are essential to this position. The Executive Assistant regularly handles highly sensitive institutional, personnel, legal, financial, Board, and labor-related information. Success requires protecting that information while keeping authorized colleagues informed and priorities moving forward.
