Key Responsibilities\n

• You will conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new patients and their families, ensuring an inclusive approach that respects diverse backgrounds.

• Based on identified needs, you'll provide individualized and family therapy sessions, employing therapeutic techniques tailored to each client's unique circumstances.

• Accurate and timely completion of documentation such as individualized treatment plans, billing, and insurance authorization forms will be essential in maintaining compliance and quality service delivery.

• You will collaborate with clients to develop crisis and safety plans, relapse prevention strategies, and wellness plans aimed at fostering stable functioning and improving mental well-being.

• As part of your role, you will create discharge plans that consider clients' ongoing needs and connect them with community resources to ensure continued care.

• Adhering to all current federal and state laws and regulatory requirements is critical, alongside following NEHS policies and procedures to provide ethical care.

• Engagement in ongoing professional development through training and continuing education is encouraged to enhance your skills and ensure a high standard of care.

• You will participate in regular case consultations and agency meetings to discuss Clinical progress and share insights for improved care approaches.

• Completing all licensure and mandatory training will be required to maintain your professional credentials and to enhance your expertise.

Qualifications\n
