Role Responsibilities - What Awaits You

• Conduct a wide array of clinical laboratory tests-including chemistry, hematology, and immunology-adhering to established protocols with confidence.
• Examine results for precision, pinpoint errors, and engage in essential maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment.
• Assist in specimen collection procedures and prepare samples as necessary for thorough testing.
• Document all laboratory procedures in detail, mentor new staff or students, and uphold strict quality assurance standards.
• Ensure a clean, safe work environment, strictly adhering to all regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent degree in allied health with ASCP/AMT certification readiness.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) required within one year from the start date.
• Maintain current certification throughout tenure.
