Educational Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a comparable allied health degree with preparation for ASCP or AMT certification.

Certification Requirements

• Obtain ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within one year of hiring.
• Maintain current certification for the duration of employment.
