Strategic Development Director - Major Gifts & Growth
Harlem Children's Zone
Harlem Children's Zone is seeking a Managing Director, Development to lead and evolve our fundraising strategy and donor programs. Reporting to the Chief Development Officer, you will guide three directors overseeing Major Gifts, Institutional Giving, and Development Operations, while building strong donor relationships and a high-performing team. You will champion strategic fundraising initiatives, partner with senior leadership, and drive long-term growth to support the organization's mission
