Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as an LMFT, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health and relational dynamics.

• Facilitating therapy sessions for couples, families, and individuals, focusing on issues such as communication difficulties, grief and loss, job stress, and family conflicts.

• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions and client progress.

• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic support and additional resources to clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will involve supporting a diverse range of clients, including:

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• Current, active LMFT license in the state of California.

• At least 2 years of clinical experience working as a licensed therapist.

Compensation and Benefits\n
