Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group counseling sessions using evidence-based practices tailored to client needs.

• Engage and assess clients during intake sessions, developing personalized treatment plans that encompass short and long-term goals.

• Utilize remote counseling technologies to facilitate effective therapy sessions.

• Maintain detailed and accurate client records, tracking progress and modifying treatment plans as necessary.

• Facilitate therapeutic group sessions focusing on key topics, such as coping strategies and emotional regulation.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will focus on supporting individuals experiencing various mental health issues, including those dealing with ADHD and autism spectrum disorder. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field.

• Current and active LMHC license to practice in Washington State.
