With an in-house advertising team, the agency manages high-budget campaigns and focuses on measurable outcomes such as lead generation, customer acquisition, and sales performance.

We're seeking a motivated and driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to generate qualified opportunities for our client's digital marketing and AI solutions. This is a true outbound sales role focused on high-volume prospecting, cold calling, lead qualification, and building relationships with business owners across the U.S.

Compensation: Competitive base salary in USD + uncapped commission and performance bonuses

Responsibilities:

• Outbound Prospecting
• Make 150+ outbound cold calls daily to business owners across the U.S.
• Research, prospect, and qualify new business opportunities
• Connect with decision-makers through phone, email, LinkedIn, and text
• Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects throughout the outreach process
• Opportunity Generation
• Identify prospects' marketing challenges and position relevant digital marketing and AI solutions
• Build relationships with business owners and executives
• Schedule qualified discovery calls and sales meetings
• Partner with the strategy and sales teams to support the closing of new business
• CRM & Pipeline Management
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records
• Track outreach activity, prospect interactions, and pipeline progress
• Organize follow-up activities to ensure opportunities continue moving through the sales process

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in cold calling, B2B sales, business development, or a similar outbound sales role
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
• Comfortable speaking with business owners, executives, and other decision-makers
• Professional and confident phone presence
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a remote environment
• Resilient, competitive, and goal-oriented, with the ability to handle rejection and maintain consistent activity
• Coachable and committed to continuously improving sales performance

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience selling digital marketing, advertising, or related professional services
• Knowledge of the digital marketing industry
• Experience using CRM platforms to manage prospecting and pipeline activity
• Experience with high-volume outbound outreach
