Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a personalized caseload of clients, building rapport and fostering a therapeutic relationship while adhering to professional ethical standards.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to monitor their progress, evaluate treatment effectiveness, and transition to discharge when appropriate.

• Develop, implement, and revise person-centered treatment plans based on individual client needs, ensuring that therapeutic goals are met.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client documentation and progress notes, utilizing the electronic health record system for consistency.

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to gather vital information about clients’ mental health histories and establish treatment pathways.

• Lead individual therapy sessions on a weekly basis, applying therapeutic modalities that align with clients’ unique challenges and preferences.

• Participate in regular individual supervision sessions to reflect on clinical practice, receive feedback, and enhance therapeutic skills.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Washington.

• Minimum of one year of clinical experience handling psychiatric patients or clients with substance abuse challenges.
