This position offers the flexibility of a remote work setting, allowing you to conduct therapy sessions via our secure telehealth platform. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments while collaborating with patients to identify their specific needs and preferences.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans that utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused techniques.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups, fostering a sense of community among participants facing similar mental health challenges.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive and coordinated care for each patient.

• Provide crisis intervention services to support patients during acute mental health emergencies.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health disorders, therapeutic processes, and available community resources to support their journey towards recovery.

• Adhere to legal and ethical standards by maintaining accurate and confidential patient documentation within our electronic health record (EHR) system.

• Participate actively in case consultations, team meetings, and ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance therapeutic skills.

• Stay informed of the latest research and advancements in mental health treatment methodologies to ensure the highest standard of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be working with a diverse group of clients seeking mental health support. This includes individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, and relationship issues, as well as families needing assistance navigating challenges together. You will play a crucial role in guiding patients through their recovery journeys, empowering them with skills and tools to manage their mental health positively.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Possession of current and valid licensure as an LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Washington.

• Strong understanding of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Proven experience conducting thorough mental health assessments and formulating effective treatment plans tailored to individual needs.

• Demonstrated ability to deliver both individual and group therapy to diverse populations.
