Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, adolescents, families, and groups, identifying their mental health needs and formulating tailored treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other modalities suitable for various client situations, fostering their journey toward improved mental wellness.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and communicate treatment plans effectively through thorough documentation and participation in patient rounds.

• Manage a caseload with a focus on building therapeutic relationships, ensuring ethical and timely documentation and adherence to departmental standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will provide mental health services to a diverse clientele in an outpatient setting, including individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• Must possess a valid state license as an LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW.
