Work Environment\n

This position is entirely remote, allowing for a flexible work-life balance. As a licensed mental health therapist, you will conduct sessions via our telehealth platform, ensuring that you can maintain a professional connection with your clients regardless of location. Our work schedule typically runs from Monday to Friday between 9 AM and 4 PM, with some flexibility to accommodate client needs. This dynamic environment ensures you can attend to patients' requirements while also managing your own schedule effectively.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing trauma-informed practices, ACES, and motivational interviewing to facilitate healing.

• Assess patient needs and develop comprehensive treatment plans, ensuring they align with each individual’s goals and circumstances.

• Document client interactions, progress notes, and treatment outcomes in compliance with external reporting requirements.
\n
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care and to meet the evolving needs of clients.

• Provide crisis intervention techniques and support, ensuring immediate assistance is available to those in acute distress.
\n
• Engage in outreach to develop partnerships with community resources and service providers, enhancing the support network for clients.
\n
• Collect and analyze client data to prepare reports for stakeholders and to assure quality care delivery.

• Fulfill other administrative duties as assigned, contributing to the overall efficiency of the program.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active and unrestricted license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California.

• In-depth knowledge of solution-focused therapy techniques, and the ability to adapt interventions based on individual client needs.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills that enable effective therapeutic relationships with clients and collaboration with team members.
