Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, focusing on cultural sensitivity to gain a deep understanding of each patient’s unique experiences and perspectives.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Possession of a valid and active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Comprehensive understanding of mental health disorders and contemporary evidence-based treatment methodologies.

• Proven experience in providing culturally responsive therapy, both in individual and group formats.

• Strong crisis intervention capabilities, remaining composed in urgent situations.

Silver Lining Therapies offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, alongside a comprehensive benefits package.
