Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual individual, family, and group therapy sessions for clients dealing with various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.

• Develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, ensuring they align with their unique needs and promote a holistic approach to recovery.

• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support to clients experiencing acute distress, utilizing de-escalation techniques and safety planning to secure their well-being.

• Maintain thorough, accurate, and confidential client records in accordance with state and federal regulations, ensuring seamless continuity of care.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and care coordinators, to develop comprehensive support systems for clients.

• Stay informed about the latest trends and research in the mental health counseling field and bring that knowledge to your practice to enhance client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will involve addressing a broad spectrum of mental health issues affecting individuals, couples, and families. You will engage with a diverse client base, supporting those from various cultural backgrounds and with differing life experiences. Your ability to establish strong, trusting relationships with clients will be crucial in helping them navigate their mental health journeys and achieve their treatment goals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure in Washington State as LPC, LCSW, or LMFT, or eligibility for licensure.

• Proven experience providing individual, group, and family counseling in a clinical setting.
\n
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds and experiences.

• Demonstrated commitment to cultural competence and sensitivity in mental health practice.

• Outstanding communication capabilities, both verbal and written, to ensure clarity and understanding in all client interactions.

• A proactive approach to working independently, as well as collaboratively within a team framework.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of experience in mental health counseling, with an emphasis on virtual care delivery.

• Experience using electronic health record (EHR) systems to manage client information efficiently.

• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or solution-focused therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 105,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
