Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess patients referred by physicians to establish personalized treatment plans tailored to individual recovery goals.
• Implement evidence-based treatment protocols across a variety of specialties, such as orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine cases.
• Provide hands-on therapeutic care using various techniques to facilitate changes in the patient's physical condition or functional capabilities in accordance with the physician's plan of care.
• Utilize outstanding communication skills to educate and engage patients and their caregivers about their treatment processes.
• Work effectively within a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes, aligning care strategies with organizational goals.
• Ensure excellence in customer service, striving to contribute positively to the clinic's reputation and overall efficiency.
• Meet established minimum utilization goals and other business-related objectives while continuously seeking ways to improve processes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patients range widely across various demographics, including pediatric and adult populations seeking rehabilitation from orthopedic injuries, neurological conditions, and sports-related challenges. Each patient presents unique needs, and as part of our multidisciplinary approach, your role will involve not only skilled treatment but also building trust and rapport to maximize their journey to recovery.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• A current state license as a Doctor of Physical Therapy, ensuring compliance with state regulations.
• A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting, showcasing a strong foundation in outpatient therapy.
• Certification in CPR to ensure patient safety.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills that facilitate effective interaction with patients and team members alike.
• Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR) and other computer applications to streamline patient care documentation.

Compensation and Benefits
