Work EnvironmentKey Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at HCA Wellness Center, you will engage in several vital tasks, including:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to accurately evaluate student mental health needs.

• Developing personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to each student's goals.
\n
• Delivering various therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care in alignment with best practices.

• Documenting patient interactions and maintaining clinical records in accordance with HIPAA regulations to ensure confidentiality and compliance.

• Collaborating with other mental health professionals including psychologists and psychiatrists to ensure cohesive, patient-centered care.

• Participating in regular case consultations and peer review meetings, contributing to the continuous improvement of treatment approaches.

• Providing education and resources to patients and families regarding mental health issues, treatment options, and community resources available to them.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role involves working with students facing a wide range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, and behavioral issues. You will have the opportunity to create impactful relationships with young individuals and their families, guiding them through their mental health journeys and fostering resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Texas.

• At least 2 years of clinical experience with a strong emphasis on psychotherapy services.

\n

Preferred Experience\n
