Role Responsibilities

• Conduct both routine and specialized clinical laboratory testsranging from chemistry to hematology and immunologyadhering strictly to established protocols.
• Ensure result precision through careful analysis, troubleshooting discrepancies, and executing maintenance and calibration of laboratory instruments as needed.
• Assist in specimen collection and prepare samples for testing when required.
• Thoroughly document all laboratory procedures, mentor new personnel, and contribute to upholding laboratory quality standards.
• Keep a tidy, safe workspace while complying with regulatory and accreditation requirements.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or a related allied health field, along with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certification Requirements

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) acquired within a year of hire.
• Maintain valid certification throughout your employment.
