Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients in their home settings, assessing physical limitations and creating tailored treatment plans.

• Track and document patient progress meticulously, adjusting treatment protocols as needed based on patient responses.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will primarily involve working with orthopedic patients who may be recovering from surgeries such as joint replacements or procedures for musculoskeletal injuries. Qualifications

To qualify for this position, candidates should possess:

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• A valid state license in Physical Therapy.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
