Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments, utilizing standardized tools to evaluate clients’ mental health needs, strengths, and challenges.

• Provide individual and family therapy utilizing evidence-based modalities tailored to each patient's unique requirements.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support networks that encourage shared healing and community.

• Develop personalized treatment plans outlining client goals, objectives, and therapeutic interventions in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

• Engage in ongoing collaboration with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic and integrated approach to patient care.

• Implement crisis intervention strategies, conduct risk assessments, and develop safety plans as necessary to address immediate client needs.

• Maintain thorough, timely, and accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The role offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
