Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health challenges and strengths.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based treatment modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Trauma-Focused Therapy.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans with clear goals and interventions to ensure optimal client progress.

• Coordinate care by collaborating with team members and external providers to facilitate holistic treatment strategies.

• Conduct crisis interventions and risk assessments to ensure the safety and well-being of clients.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation and adhere to ethical and legal standards.

• Lead group therapy sessions, psychoeducation, and support groups to elevate clients’ engagement in their therapeutic process.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Your annual salary will range from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
