Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to understand their unique mental health needs and develop tailored therapeutic strategies.

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to deliver comprehensive, coordinated care that addresses all aspects of a client’s well-being.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring all documentation is current and precise.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses on serving individuals and families who may have limited access to mental health resources, addressing a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n

• A completed Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
