Title: Support Technician Level 1 Duration: 10+ months to start with the possibility of extension Location: Austin, TX 78701 Job Description: Client requires the services of 2 Support Technician 1, hereafter referred to as Candidate(s), who meets the general qualifications of Support Technician 1, Technical Services, Help Desk and Operations. Key Responsibilities: To assist in the manual labor and support associated with the computer/docking station refresh project. These staff would be performing the day-to-day work of imaging, replacing the computers and migrating the data. The process by which this is performed will be provided by the agency. Knowledge of personal computers, components, printers and microcomputers terms. Ability to work cooperatively with others in a professional work environment. 1 Years Required Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems, hardware, and computer peripherals.
