Key Responsibilities\n

• Regularly monitor clients’ progress through structured follow-ups, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal therapeutic outcomes.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to meet the distinct needs of our diverse clientele.

• Actively engage in a multi-disciplinary team process, collaborating with psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers to develop and refine comprehensive treatment plans for each client.

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status, identifying areas of concern and potential therapeutic goals.

• Develop, implement, and revisit individualized treatment plans designed to meet the evolving therapeutic needs of clients, incorporating feedback and assessment results.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position primarily focuses on treating individuals facing substance abuse issues alongside other mental health challenges. You will work with diverse populations, accommodating a range of cultural backgrounds, age groups, and life experiences. Qualifications\n

• A valid and active California LMFT license, free from any suspensions or probation conditions.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000 , commensurate with experience.
