Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct high-quality remote therapy sessions with clients from diverse backgrounds using video conferencing technology.

• Perform comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health needs, formulating individualized treatment plans aimed at achieving their therapeutic goals.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to assess, diagnose, and treat a wide array of mental health disorders.

• Provide continuous support, guidance, and practical coping strategies to empower clients in managing their mental health challenges.

• Document all client interactions, treatment progress, and updates in compliance with HIPAA regulations and best practices in electronic health record management.

• Collaborate effectively with other mental health professionals, including psychologists, social workers, and psychiatrists, to coordinate care and provide comprehensive treatment to clients.

• Dedicate time to continuing education by attending workshops, seminars, and trainings to stay informed about the latest developments in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a varied clientele, encompassing children, adolescents, and adults. Your focus will be on addressing a wide range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active license in California as either a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Minimum of three years of professional experience in mental health counseling, with demonstrated efficacy in working with clients of diverse ages and backgrounds.

Preferred Experience\n

• Comfort and familiarity with providing remote therapy, alongside a strong understanding of child, adolescent, and adult development.

• Experience with evidence-based practices for treating co-occurring mental health disorders and crisis intervention.

• Working knowledge of trauma-informed care principles and best practices for engaging with clients.

• Professional certifications or additional licenses such as DBT, CCTP, or Trauma Certification are a plus but not required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is $80,000 to $122,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload management.
