Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver mindfulness-based interventions, including Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), to clients aiming to reduce stress, enhance relaxation, and improve overall mental health.

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to accurately identify each client’s unique stressors, challenges, and therapeutic goals, subsequently tailoring mindfulness practices to meet their needs.

• Guide clients in mindfulness exercises, meditation, and breathing techniques that promote self-awareness, emotional regulation, and coping strategies.

• Facilitate group workshops on mindfulness practices, stress management, and resilience-building strategies, encouraging community and shared learning.

• Incorporate mindfulness techniques into individual therapy sessions, directly addressing clients’ specific mental health concerns and supporting their overall personal growth.

• Collaborate with fellow therapists and healthcare professionals to create a cohesive treatment plan that holistically integrates mindfulness practices.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and mindfulness interventions to ensure continuity of care and adherence to ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
