Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct and document individual and group therapy sessions for children and adults based on customized treatment plans.

• Develop comprehensive psychotherapy plans with defined therapeutic goals and objectives tailored to each patient.

• Work collaboratively as a member of a multidisciplinary treatment team to provide holistic care strategies.

• Offer consultative services and professional insights to colleagues as needed, promoting teamwork and knowledge sharing.

• Ensure timely completion of all required documentation adhering to licensing and regulatory standards.

• Facilitate communication and coordination between Clear Balance Psychiatry Clinic and other community treatment professionals.

• Maintain compliance with company policies regarding subpoenas and court appearances for client records.

• Attend all scheduled meetings and training sessions as an essential function of both individual and team development.

Compensation and Benefits\n
