Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients, evaluating the frequency, intensity, and duration of mood disorder symptoms to inform treatment planning.

• Develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, addressing their goals, preferences, and particular challenges with actionable and measurable objectives.

• Implement and monitor evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), ensuring each client's therapeutic needs are met.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, highlighting available treatment options, coping strategies, and self-care techniques to foster understanding and support.

• Track and evaluate clients' progress over time, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to optimize outcomes and encourage therapeutic engagement.

• Work collaboratively with fellow psychiatrists and medical professionals to ensure an integrated approach to each client's mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A valid state-issued license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Clinical Psychologist.

• Demonstrated expertise in therapeutic modalities for mood disorders, such as CBT and DBT.

Compensation and Benefits\n
