Key Responsibilities\n

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments to evaluate the mental health of patients and developing individualized treatment plans tailored to their unique needs.

• Implementing evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate healing and personal development.

• Maintaining accurate and confidential electronic client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring the privacy and trust of each patient.

• Collaborating with an interdisciplinary treatment team, which includes psychiatrists and psychologists, to coordinate care and improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from a recognized and accredited institution.

• An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
