Key Responsibilities\n

• Prepare and maintain detailed intake summaries, treatment plans, and progress notes, while ensuring compliance with state regulations and NCQA standards.

• Conduct telehealth therapy sessions with clients, utilizing various therapeutic techniques to address their mental health needs.

• Assess the unique needs of senior clients and collaborate on developing tailored strategies to enhance their mental well-being.

• Provide ongoing support and resources, conducting research to connect clients with additional services when necessary.

• Facilitate individual, couple, family, and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based practices to foster positive therapeutic outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily involves working with an elderly demographic, although clients of all ages are welcome. Qualifications\n
