This role will be executed primarily from a remote setting, allowing for flexibility and a focus on work-life balance. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to evaluate the severity and range of mood disorder symptoms presented by clients.

• Collaborate closely with clients to create individualized treatment plans that address their unique challenges, goals, and preferences.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, employing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored specifically for mood disorders.

• Educate clients and their families on mood disorders, available treatment options, and effective self-care strategies to empower them in their recovery journey.

• Monitor client progress through ongoing assessment and feedback, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to optimize outcomes.

• Engage with psychiatrists and interdisciplinary team members to deliver integrated care that aligns with each client’s holistic treatment needs.

• Stay informed about recent advances in mood disorder treatments to enhance therapeutic practices and improve patient outcomes.

• Maintain meticulous, confidential records of each client’s assessments, treatment plans, and ongoing changes to ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role is on individuals dealing with mood disorders, including but not limited to depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety-related conditions. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
