This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home while collaborating with a dedicated team of mental health professionals. The remote nature of the role provides flexibility in your work schedule, accommodating clients' needs through various flexible hour offerings, including some evenings and weekends. You will play a crucial role in a hospice care setting, working directly with clients at various stages of their illness, offering dignity and support through personalized interventions.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, strengths, and available resources.

• Provide tailored therapeutic interventions, including individual, family, and group therapy, utilizing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and trauma-focused therapy.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that are client-centered and goal-oriented, continuously adapting strategies to meet evolving client needs.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and supportive peer discussions to enhance community connection and resilience among clients.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and nursing staff, to ensure integrated and cohesive care.

• Provide crisis intervention, risk assessment, and safety planning as necessary, ensuring clients receive immediate support in moments of acute distress.

• Maintain thorough and timely documentation in compliance with ethical, legal, and organizational standards, ensuring continuity of care.

You will be working primarily with clients facing chronic illness and their families in a hospice care context, necessitating a compassionate approach. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in New Jersey.

Compensation and Benefits\n
