Director, Revenue Systems Strategy

Role Description

This is an exciting time to join Remote and make a personal difference in the global employment space as Director within our Revenue Operations team, managing the entire Revenue Tech Stack and related processes and policies.

  • Looking for a highly motivated, collaborative, and engaged leader.
  • Problem solver with a focus on business problem solving through a technical lens.
  • Building an AI-first, scalable revenue engine for prospecting, selling, and expanding customer relationships.
  • Driving architectural and operational excellence across the GTM Organization.
  • Leveraging technology like Salesforce, Leandata, Outreach, and others to support GTM teams.
  • Co-designing future solutions with sales leaders.
  • Implementing business requirements, processes, and policies effectively.
  • Managing complex change and fostering a collaborative team environment.
  • Providing strategic guidance supported by tactical execution to improve sales outcomes.
  • Using AI tools in day-to-day work and teaching the team to do the same.
  • Documenting learnings and building institutional knowledge.
  • Addressing technical debt and broken processes proactively.

Qualifications

  • Experience leading and managing technical or technical-adjacent teams in Revenue Operations as a Senior Manager, Director, or VP in a high-growth SaaS start-up or scale-up.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment with multiple priorities.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing and motivating teams, fostering collaboration, and driving high performance.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to apply strategic thinking.
  • Deep understanding of managing and deploying key sales tools, including Salesforce, CPQ, Leandata, Outreach, Clari, LeadIQ, Zoominfo, Lusha, and 6Sense.
  • Proactive and innovative mindset seeking opportunities to enhance processes and workflows.
  • Solid business understanding with the ability to translate business needs into workable requirements.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and analyze data to drive decisions.
  • Exceptionally strong communicator and influencer, adept at partnering and aligning stakeholders.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Experience working remotely is a plus.

Requirements

  • Own overall technical architecture for Revenue acceleration aligned with GTM strategy.
  • Continuously innovate to improve the tech stack based on feedback.
  • Execute flawless change management for new implementations.
  • Maintain the integrity and ongoing development of the CRM platform (Salesforce).
  • Assess current technology stack and optimize systems for better data accuracy.
  • Lead knowledge transfer of tools and tech to maximize sales team efficiency.
  • Collaborate with IT and data teams for seamless integration and data governance.
  • Design, develop, document, and implement key sales end-to-end processes.
  • Establish policy documentation for all sales ops topics.
  • Define and enforce policies to ensure compliance and data integrity.
  • Manage and mentor a team of process analysts and sales technology experts.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture.
  • Set clear performance expectations and provide regular feedback.
  • Collaborate with other RevOps leaders to deliver projects as one team.
