This position is fully remote, allowing you to serve clients from the comfort and safety of your chosen workspace. As part of our telehealth facility, you will leverage technology to conduct virtual sessions, ensuring that clients have uninterrupted access to care regardless of their location. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct personalized therapy sessions and group counseling, cultivating a trusting and non-judgmental environment for clients to explore their mental health challenges.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic practices tailored to meet the unique needs of each client, ensuring they receive the highest standard of care.

• Execute comprehensive intake assessments for new clients, collecting essential data to develop tailored treatment plans.

• Collaborate actively with the VIEW team, sharing insights and case updates to refine strategies and enhance client care effectively.

• Participate in regular team meetings, contributing to discussions that promote continuous learning and development within the organization.

• Monitor client progress and adjust therapeutic approaches as necessary, providing ongoing support to help clients achieve their personal wellness goals.

• Engage in the development of recovery-focused initiatives and programming, contributing your clinical expertise to improve services.

• Take part in quality improvement efforts by evaluating and providing feedback on existing processes within our telehealth platform.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve adults navigating various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use issues. You will address diverse backgrounds and experiences, ensuring culturally responsive care that respects the individuality of each client. By understanding the unique challenges faced by different demographic groups, you will foster inclusivity and accessibility within our mental health services.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• Current licensure in Washington State as an LMHC, LICSW, or LMFT is mandatory.

• At least 3 years of direct counseling experience is necessary to ensure you can provide competent and compassionate care.

• Strong communication and active listening skills are essential for building rapport with clients and facilitating effective therapeutic conversations.

• Demonstrated empathy and the ability to establish trust within therapeutic relationships is crucial.

• Ability to pass a criminal background check is required to ensure the safety and security of our clients.

Preferred Experience\n
