Quick Facts Location: Minneapolis, MN Start Date: 09/14/2026 End Date: 12/14/2026 Shift: Day shift, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Hours/Week: 40 hours Employment Type: Contract License/Certs: MN license required; BLS, ACLS Experience: Prior hematology/inpatient oncology experience preferred Pay & Benefits Hourly Pay Rate: $105.02 per hour Benefits: Competitive pay package Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program 24/7 dedicated support team Paid sick time according to applicable laws Licensure, travel, and certification reimbursements when applicable What You’ll Do Provide inpatient hematology and oncology care for diverse patient populations Manage patients with benign and malignant hematology conditions Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including APPs and physicians Support blood and marrow transplant services (knowledge helpful but not required) Conduct and assist with hematology procedures within scope Document patient care efficiently using EPIC EMR systems Participate in patient education and discharge planning What You Need Valid Minnesota license (or eligible for license) Certification as Nurse Practitioner with hematology experience Experience with hem/onc patient management (benign/malignant) BLS and ACLS certifications Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment About the Assignment Join a dynamic, high-volume hematology/oncology unit at a reputable Minneapolis hospital, helping patients through complex inpatient care.
