Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at our hospice center, you will primarily engage with adult clients, assisting them in navigating mental health challenges at various stages of life. Special emphasis is placed on serving marginalized and minority communities, including the LGBTQIA+ population, where sensitivity and understanding of unique issues are paramount. Your work will directly impact not only individual clients but also their families and broader social networks.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid LCSW license to practice in the State of Nevada.

• A minimum of 3 years of post-licensure clinical experience is required.

• Proven ability in applying therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Psychodynamic Therapy.

• Strong understanding of and experience with issues pertaining to diverse populations, including those related to men's mental health.

• Professional malpractice insurance is required.

• Experience providing psychotherapy to adult clients (age 18 and above) is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary in the range of USD 85,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Benefits include:
