Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide personalized psychotherapy to individuals, couples, or families on an outpatient basis, applying various approaches tailored to client needs.

• Conduct thorough biopsychosocial assessments to deeply understand each client’s unique situation, and develop tailored treatment plans that guide therapeutic interventions.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring the highest quality of care and compliance.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of an active LCSW license in Arizona; LMSW candidates will not be considered.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A minimum of two years of relevant post-licensure clinical experience, ideally in an outpatient setting, demonstrating proficiency in therapeutic methodologies.

• Strong ethical foundations and sound clinical judgment, with a passion for helping others.

• A commitment to integrating diversity, equity, and inclusion principles within therapeutic practice.

• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMRs) and/or telehealth platforms, with training opportunities available for those less experienced.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $90,000 annually, complemented by comprehensive benefits that can be tailored to your needs. Options for employment include W2 or 1099 models, reflecting flexibility in your financial planning. Additional benefits include:
