Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish and maintain a trusting therapeutic rapport with patients, creating a safe space for open communication and growth.

• Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose mental health disorders and develop individualized treatment plans that align with each patient’s unique circumstances.

• Provide expert counseling through one-on-one sessions with individuals and couples, as well as group therapy when appropriate, adapting techniques to fit client needs.

• Regularly evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment plans and therapeutic approaches as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Lead families in therapeutic sessions aimed at improving relational dynamics and resolving conflicts.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals by referring clients to specialists or additional resources when indicated.

• Keep detailed clinical notes and documentation to comply with state regulations and organizational policies.

In this role, you will work with a diverse client base, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, marital issues, addiction, and other mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A valid LMFT license in the state of Florida is required.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. You will be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
