Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to understand clients' unique mental health issues, aiming for accurate and clinically sound diagnoses.

• Facilitate individual, couple, and group therapy sessions, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques.

• Provide timely crisis intervention and mental health support for clients encountering acute episodes or emergencies.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in compliance with ethical standards and legal regulations, ensuring every treatment note reflects therapeutic progress.

• Engage with interdisciplinary teams, collaborating closely with psychiatrists, case managers, and other healthcare professionals to deliver holistic care.

Qualifications\n

• Must be a fully licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW) with an active license in Arizona.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, with potential for a sign-on bonus.
