This is a remote position, predominantly operating Monday through Friday during daytime hours, allowing for flexibility and a work-life balance while maintaining high-quality care delivery. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions for clients, focusing on tailored therapeutic approaches to improve mental health and well-being.

• Evaluate and provide counseling for families and children meeting medical necessity and DSM V diagnostic criteria, ensuring thorough documentation and follow-up.
\n
• Develop, facilitate, and lead psycho-educational groups and parenting classes that empower clients with skills to handle their mental health challenges more effectively.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client case materials and statistical data, ensuring compliance with documentation requirements.
\n
• Complete all necessary charting and reports punctually to facilitate effective billing and service delivery, meeting the clinic's contractual obligations for a set number of reimbursable hours.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) within the state of California.

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a mental health counseling setting.
\n
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple client cases effectively.
\n
• Self-motivated with the capability to independently manage time-sensitive tasks related to billing hours and documentation.

Preferred Experience\n

While three years of experience is the minimum requirement, candidates with diverse backgrounds in community mental health or those who have previously worked in an integrated care setting are encouraged to apply. Experience with trauma-informed care and a familiarity with the California mental health landscape is highly advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The financial package for this position is competitive, with an annual salary range between USD 120,000 and 130,000, commensurate with experience. Additional perks include:
