Work Environment\n

This position offers the flexibility of 100% remote work as part of our telehealth facility. Our team is equipped with the latest technology to support virtual engagements, ensuring that you can focus on delivering high-quality care in an environment that promotes work-life balance. You will have the autonomy to create your own schedule within regular business hours, Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, with no on-call duties required. Our Operations team manages all administrative aspects, empowering you to concentrate on providing exceptional mental health services.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual assessments and screenings to evaluate clients’ mental health histories and substance use disorders, utilizing standard screening tools and clinical interviews.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) to address clients' unique challenges.

• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary treatment team members, including psychiatrists and social workers, to develop and implement integrated care plans.
\n
• Engage and educate clients’ families to foster their involvement in the recovery process, ensuring all parties are informed and supported.
\n
• Maintain accurate, confidential records in compliance with state and federal regulations, using our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system to document client progress and treatment outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our telehealth services primarily focus on adolescents and young adults who are navigating various mental health challenges. As a Telehealth Mental Health Counselor, you will be responsible for building strong therapeutic relationships and providing compassionate support tailored to meet the distinct needs of this age group. You will work with individuals who face barriers to traditional in-office visits, thereby making your role critical in ensuring that they receive the mental health care they need.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active state licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, LICSW, or PsyD is mandatory.

• Demonstrated experience providing telehealth therapy specifically to adolescents and young adults.
\n
• Willingness to engage in ongoing training in our evidence-based treatment frameworks, which we refer to as our care pathways.

• Advanced proficiency in using technology, including the Google Suite and Electronic Health Records (EHR), to facilitate remote therapy.
\n
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with professional presentation standards.
\n
• Warm, empathetic engagement skills that contribute to building a therapeutic alliance with clients.

Preferred Experience\n

• 2-3 years’ experience providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions in a clinical setting.

• Experience working in a telehealth environment, demonstrating familiarity with digital therapy formats.

• A strong understanding of the unique mental health challenges faced by adolescents and young adults today.

• Previous involvement in training or workshops that enhance therapeutic skills in the context of evidence-based practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
