2026-2027 Lecturer in Japanese (50% Part-Time) – University of California Los Angeles Requisition Number: JPF11007 The Department of Asian Languages and Cultures (ALC) at UCLA invites applications for a part‑time (50%) Lecturer position in Japanese language starting in fall 2026. Qualified candidates must have native or near‑native proficiency in Japanese and English. Candidates should hold an M.A. or Ph.D. degree in applied linguistics, Japanese language/linguistics, education, language pedagogy, and/or other language education‑related areas. Three years or more of experience in teaching all levels of Japanese language courses at a university level is desirable.
