Enterprise Sales Lead - Enterprise Portfolio Solutions (West)

Enterprise Sales Lead – Enterprise Portfolio Solutions The Enterprise Sales Lead is a sales position focused on driving revenue growth for JLL’s Portfolio Solutions platform, targeting enterprise clients with outsourcing needs. Primary Responsibilities Lead and own all aspects of the sales process, nurturing new business relationships and selling comprehensive outsourcing solutions. Develop, sell, and contract solutions for Portfolio Services, including Lease Administration, Consulting, Transaction Management, and Brokerage. Leverage knowledge of complementary occupier services such as Occupancy Planning, Project & Development Services, and Facility Management. Collaborate with the Market Development Team to build a strong prospect roster and robust pipeline of targets. Exceed annual revenue quotas while meeting target margins. Identify and partner with business and service line leaders to expand client share of wallet. Maintain accurate sales reporting in CRM and adhere to JLL’s sales processes and proprietary tools. Build relationships with external RFP consultants, JLL brokers, and industry leaders. Represent JLL in industry organizations to enhance its reputation. Collaborate with Markets, JLL Technologies, and Portfolio Solutions team members to deliver value. Requirements 10+ years proven experience as a salesperson or in a role requiring strong business development and leadership skills. Experience developing solutions for global Fortune 500 companies with expertise in outsourcing and brokerage services. Track record of identifying and closing new business or expansion sales opportunities. Successful use of structured sales processes and tools. Credibility and the ability to present ideas that create value and challenge the status quo. Client‑focused mindset with a commitment to excellence and win‑win outcomes. Comfort in a collaborative, respectful team environment. Bachelor’s degree. Additional business experience from previous roles is valued. Preferred: Transaction Management and/or brokerage experience in similar roles. Preferred: Experience in real estate operations, brokerage, or outsourcing account relationship management. Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship. Compensation Base salary: $225,000 – $275,000 per year + uncapped bonus potential. Location On‑site – Los Angeles, CA or San Francisco, CA (hybrid role; proximity to a JLL office on the West Coast required). Benefits 401(k) plan with matching company contributions.
