Commercial Attorney for AI Contract Training [Remote]

Contribute your legal expertise as a Contract Specialist, focusing on developing a suite of real-world commercial agreements that will help train next-generation AI systems. This role offers the opportunity to create practical contractual documents while collaborating remotely with a dynamic team. Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and provide high-quality templates, samples, and annotated examples of various agreement types, including:
• Master Service Agreements (MSAs)
• Lease Agreements
• Intellectual Property (IP) Licensing Agreements
• Marketing Agreements
• Licensing Agreements
• Ensure all agreements reflect current legal standards, industry best practices, and practical commercial use cases.
• Submit well-structured, high-quality documents that contribute to the project''s AI training dataset.
• Communicate promptly and professionally, both in writing and verbally, to clarify requirements and deliverables as needed.

• Practicing or recently qualified commercial attorney with exposure to contract drafting and negotiation.
• Working knowledge of standard commercial agreements, including MSAs, lease agreements, IP and marketing contracts.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to clarity and accuracy in contractual language.
• Demonstrated ability to create or adapt legal documents for practical, real-world scenarios.
• Experience with remote collaboration and delivering assignments autonomously.
• Detail-oriented approach to ensure agreements comply with relevant laws and best practices.
• Interest or background in legal operations, technology, or AI-enabled platforms is a plus.

This is a contractor position with a remote work arrangement.

Hourly pay ranges from $80 to $100, based on experience and deliverables.

This role is document-driven and centers on the provision of eligible transaction materials. You will be directly responsible for sourcing and supplying the documents. No confidential, NDA-protected, proprietary, or MNPI content can be accepted.
