Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct intake assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for clients facing anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, and life transition challenges.

• Utilize an interactive counseling style to establish rapport and trust, fostering a safe, confidential environment for clients.

• Facilitate depth-oriented therapy sessions focusing on mindfulness, self-awareness, and spiritual well-being, tailoring techniques to cater to the cultural backgrounds of clients.

• Oversee the progress of clients, updating treatment plans as needed based on client feedback and therapeutic outcomes.

• Document client interactions and treatment notes thoroughly and accurately in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.

• A valid State license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) must be obtained and maintained.

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience in a mental health counseling role similar to the environment described.
