Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs effectively.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's specific goals and circumstances.

• Deliver individual, couples, and family therapy sessions utilizing various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based therapy, and solution-focused therapy.

• Monitor and document client progress meticulously, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Collaborate with a diverse team of mental health professionals to provide holistic care, including regular consultations and inter-professional teamwork.

• Maintain a strong adherence to ethical and legal standards in all aspects of service delivery, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintaining confidentiality.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a therapist with our organization, you will work with a varied client base, including children, adolescents, and adults dealing with issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, trauma, and life transitions. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field. A doctoral degree in psychology is also welcome.

• Active state licensure as a mental health therapist, which may include: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD).

• A minimum of 2 years of post-graduate experience in providing therapeutic services.

Compensation and Benefits\n
