Key Responsibilities\n

• Track client progress by maintaining detailed documentation of sessions, adjusting treatment plans as necessary, and providing ongoing support tailored to each individual's therapeutic journey.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care, facilitating referrals to other mental health specialists when deemed necessary for the client's overall treatment.

• Conduct individual counseling sessions, focusing on a specific demographic of women aged 35-55, addressing common issues such as anxiety, depression, midlife transitions, relationship dynamics, and stress management.

• Create personalized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments that cater to each client’s distinct needs and therapeutic goals, employing evidence-based therapeutic approaches like cognitive-behavioral therapy.

• Utilize appropriate assessment tools and methodologies to evaluate clients' needs thoroughly and to modify treatment strategies as progress is observed.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
