Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop individualized treatment plans that address each client's unique psychological and therapeutic needs.

• Utilize a diverse range of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic approaches, and solution-focused therapy, to deliver effective treatment.

• Facilitate therapeutic sessions with individuals, families, and groups, creating a safe and inclusive space for dialogue and growth.

• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care, discussing client progress and leveraging various areas of expertise to improve patient outcomes.

• Maintain accurate, confidential clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring that all documentation reflects the highest professional practices.

• Engage in ongoing professional development and workshops to remain updated with the latest research and innovations in mental health treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base consists of diverse populations, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues, as well as those facing challenges with substance use. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is mandatory.

• Must possess an active and unrestricted Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of two years’ experience in counseling, particularly in a clinical setting, is essential for this role.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience, along with rewarding bonus opportunities.
