Account Services Representative

Providing exceptional customer service, the full-time remote Account Services Representative will manage inquiries from policyholders, brokers, and group office personnel, focusing on enhancing customer satisfaction and retention of group premium income. Key responsibilities: Investigate and resolve inquiries related to implementation, enrollment, and billing to exceed customer expectations Deliver training and explanations on billing and enrollment procedures to policyholders and brokers Foster effective working relationships with internal and external business partners to align with departmental goals Required qualifications: Proficiency in Excel and ability to navigate multiple systems effectively Experience in customer service, particularly in a call or contact center environment Knowledge of group insurance products is preferred Ability to work remotely with access to high-speed internet Demonstrated organizational and analytical skills
